The flag of the Commander in Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces is a 1:2
horizontal tetracolor of red, black, white, and green.
The flag can be seen in a quite few on-line photos of the
President of Nigeria in official settings, alongside
the national flag of Nigeria.

[Depictions with a black stripe are] incorrect. The flag consists of four horizontal stripes,
red, blue, white and green.
It is used as presidential flag, while it appears in all places together with the national flag
where the president is present. Also used as car flag. Noted that the green stripe is different from
the green of the flag of the national flag.

Currently this striped flag is functional as de facto Presidential flag (since 2007 at least).
